Rhine Ruhr and Xiesheng Chemtech formally signed a joint venture agreement on the 17th of September in Beijing during the Victorian Super Trade Mission to China hosted by Victorian Premier the Hon Ted Ballieu MP.
Mr. Jeff Zhang of Xiesheng Chemtech and Mr. Richard Bryden of Rhine Ruhr signed the agreement.
The joint venture enhances the existing relationship between the two companies and provides a new platform that uses Rhine Ruhr’s world class technology and experience in the design and supply of separation equipment for the oil and gas industries; together with Xiesheng Chemtech’s sales, marketing and manufacturing experience in the Chinese market.
Both companies are committed to growth, backed by an ongoing research program implemented at Rhine Ruhr and Xiesheng Chemtech’s expanding sales and manufacturing base.
Managing director, Jim Tyzzer has projected significant income benefits and employment opportunities for both companies over the next 5 years.
Richard Bryden, director, who has interfaced with the Chinese market over many years is excited with the expansion of Rhine Ruhr technology in China and sees this as complementary to the companies continued export sales to South East Asia which supports Rhine Ruhr’s local manufacturing base in Sunshine, Victoria.
